Admission Requirements
Everything you need to know about our admission requirements
- All cats must be up to date with F4 vaccinations or provide valid VacciCheck antibody test results.
- For cats unable to receive vaccinations, a vet-issued memo is required.
- Kittens must be at least 10 weeks old at the time of admission and have received a minimum of one F4 vaccination.
- Cats aged 8 months and above, or those showing signs of sexual maturity, must be sterilised before boarding.
- If recently sterilised, the cat must have completed at least 14 days of recovery prior to admission.
- All boarding cats must be protected against both external and internal parasites for the entire duration of their stay.
- Recommended products include Advocate, Broadline, Frontline, and Revolution may be used—a vial can be purchased from us at SGD 18 if needed.
- To access the play and exercise areas, boarding cats must have a negative FeLV test result.
- To help us prepare for your cat’s stay, please complete our Boarding Admission Form and agree to the Terms & Conditions at least 24 hours before check-in.
