Step 2: Provide your cat’s health records and information
Please complete the Boarding Admission Form and share your cat’s health documents with us at least one day before check-in.
Your cat should be up to date on vaccinations and parasite prevention, sterilised if 8 months or older, and have tested negative for FIV and FeLV if you’d like them to enjoy the play area. You can learn more about our boarding requirements here.
Step 3: Steps to get your cat ready for their stay
To prepare for your cat’s stay, please ensure you pack enough food for the entire duration. We also recommend bringing an item with your cat’s scent—such as a favourite toy or bed—to help them feel more at ease.
Don’t forget to include a brush for grooming. For parasite protection, a spot-on treatment is required; you may bring your own vial or purchase one from us.
